It's that time of year again... planning for this year's event has begun!
Wednesday, February 7 at 7pm held at the Quality Resort Bayside Inn, Parksville
Each year the committee members step down and an executive of board positions are appointed/elected to plan and manage the year's event. Roles include: Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and directors. These board members may then also take on coordinator positions: Stage Entertainment, Food Vendor, Site, Volunteer, Community Booth, Wristband Activities and Sponsorship.
